Original Sound Track (OST) merupakan salah satu hal penting dari sebuah film. Dengan OST yang tepat, pesan dari film tersebut akan lebih tersampaikan kepada penontonnya atau bahkan dapat lebih menghanyutkan penonton ke dalam cerita film. Film Comme Des Freres mempunyai 24 lagu yang 21 diantaranya dibawakan oleh Revolver, sebuah band pop rock asal Paris. 21 lagu tersebut khusus ditulis dan dibuat untuk film Commes Des Freres. Lagu andalan mereka berjudul Parallel Lives. Tiga lagu lainnya dibawakan oleh penyanyi yang bukan berasal dari Perancis, yakni Shame Shame Shame oleh The Khaliq Group, The Days We Won't Spend oleh Thomas Darmon dan Nothing From Nothing oleh Billy Preston.
